Ms. Kim is a highly experienced healthcare expert with over 20 years working in public health and strategic management fields.
Ms. Kim used to spend eight years in South Africa as a global health and social protection consultant of programs sponsored byWorld Bank and other Global Organiztions. She also founded a micro-insurance start-up which was a pioneer of using mobile technology to help people in poor areas accessing life insurance. Prior to that , Ms. Kim was in charge of Business Development and Innovation program at New York Life. She also held a number of senior positions at AIG, the world’s most diversified insurance portfolio company.
Ms. Kim was appointed as Chief Strategy Officer of Hoan My Medical Corporation in October 2018. In this role, she has focused on developing and implementing new digital capabilities and network strategies for Hoan My. These allow Hoan My to offer faster, smarter and more effective services to patients. She has also led initiatives to develop new clinical specialties for emerging healthcare needs and to improve internal training. All to ensure Hoan My remains Vietnam’s leading private healthcare provider.
